Eplamid 66 GFS 50 HS BK Q2F002 is a polyamide 66 (PA 66) resin reinforced with 50% glass fiber, containing calcium aluminum borosilicate and classified under the polyamides chemical family. This material features heat-aging stabilization and lubrication for injection molding, making it ideal for plastics and elastomers applications.

Ricon® 152 is a low molecular weight, liquid polybutadiene resin with moderately high vinyl functionality, offering high reactivity, exceptional hydrophobicity, and excellent processing characteristics. It is compatible with saturated and unsaturated elastomers, particularly olefinic-based and thermoplastic elastomers. As a Type II coagent, it provides excellent crosslink densities without affecting the cure rate, making it suitable for extrusions and moldings.

Loxiol® G 40 is a neutral wax ester with excellent compatibility, making it suitable for a range of applications in plastics and elastomers. It functions as both an internal and external lubricant, as well as a release agent. This product is compatible with various polymers and resins, including polyacrylates and styrene acrylonitrile (SAN). Loxiol® G 40 is particularly used in the production of rigid PVC, providing efficient processing properties. It is available in liquid form.

Kahlbeads 2811P Rice are light-colored beads made from rice bran wax. With a high melting point and round shape, they are ideal as peeling particles for sensitive skin. These beads should not be added at temperatures above 60°C to prevent melting, ensuring optimal performance. They are naturally derived and provide effective exfoliation without causing irritation.

Al2Chem AL 121 Silane is utilized as a polymer modifier in grafting reactions, introducing pendant trimethoxysilyl groups that serve as moisture-activated crosslinking sites. The silane-grafted polymer is processed thermoplastically, with crosslinking occurring upon moisture exposure after the fabrication of the finished product.

Campine XP is an extra-pure antimony trioxide with a consistent and controlled average particle size ranging between 0.8 and 1.0 μm. Campine XP is commonly used in the integration of pigments during a sintering process.

Loxiol® P 861/3.5 is a long-chain fatty acid ester of pentaerythritol. It is compatible with a range of polymers and resins, including Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT), Poly(Methyl Methacrylate) (PMMA), Polyoxymethylene (POM), and Polycarbonates (PC). The product is primarily used in injection molding processes. It functions as a lubricant (external), release agent, anti-blocking agent, and lubricant (internal). It features abrasion resistance and is available in a solid physical form.

Zano® 10 Plus is a powder that complies with certifications such as United States Pharmacopeia (USP), GMP, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and SARA 313. It is included in several chemical inventories including DSL (Canada), ENCS (Japan), and IECSC (China). This product is not listed in California Proposition 65 and is available in boxes.
