PVC Plastisols
Special Features and Benefits
The additive is recommended for releasing air from PVC plastisols and is particularly suitable for low fogging applications
Recommended Levels
0.1-0.5 % additive (as supplied) based on the total formulation. The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through
a series of laboratory tests.
Incorporation and Processing Instructions
To prevent the formation of foam and bubbles during production and/or application, the air release additive should be mixed with the plasticizer during plastisol production.
