- Applications
- Excellent low temperature plasticizer for a wide range of polymers, including NBR, NBR-PVC, CR, ACM, ECO and PVC (particularly seals and gaskets).
- Superior low temperature performance between -50 °C and +100 °C
- Comparable to adipate and sebacate plasticizers
- Insoluble in water but is readily miscible with all the common organic solvents.
DENOL® 102 reduces the surface and volume resistivity of polyvinyl chloride compositions. This is an important factor in the manufacture of coal mine conveyor belting, hospital flooring and footwear where the generation of static charge must be avoided.
