HIPEgel® Oleo is a paste emulsifier designed for oil-in-water emulsions with an oil phase greater than 90%. Derived from natural and plant-based ingredients, it is used in a variety of cosmetic applications, including skin cleansers, facial masks, massage products, and bath oils. Known for its mildness, biodegradability, and preservative-free properties, HIPEgel® Oleo ensures smooth emulsification while maintaining a natural origin. It is suitable for both leave-on and rinse-off applications and enhances the stability and texture of products in gel, paste, and liquid forms.

Use in the water phase and add the oil phase slowly into the water phase under rapid overhead stirring.
Can be used either at room temperature or at temperatures up to 80°C.
