Lipex® 205 is a liquid cosmetic ingredient made from refined, fractionated, and deodorized vegetable oil derived from the fruit of the shea tree (Butyrospermum parkii). It contains a high level of unsaponifiables, making it an excellent emollient. Suitable for dry skin, it is commonly used in creams, ointments, and leave-on treatments, providing emolliency and skin conditioning benefits.

Storage Conditions

When stored in unopened original container according to recommended storage conditions, the recommended maximum storage time in drums is two years and in plastic cans one year from the production date. Within this time Lipex® 205TM fulfils the shelf life specification.

Storage Information

Lipex® 205 should be stored in dark, dry and odour free conditions. Recommended storage temperature is 15 - 20°C or below.
