Lipex® BC™ is especially developed to give bloom control in decorative cosmetic products, such as all extruded pencils for eyes and lips and all stick products like blushes and lipsticks where a long shelf life without white spots is important. It can be combined with a variety of hard waxes and high melting fats as well as most liquid oils used in sticks and pencils Lipex® BC™ also protects against drying out and gives a soft and creamy texture to the cosmetic product.
