Phosflex® 390 is a liquid, containing triphenyl phosphate and isodecyl diphenyl phosphate ester, belongs to the phosphate esters, phosphorous-based compounds, and organophosphates chemical families. It functions as both a flame retardant and plasticizer in industrial applications. The product is TSCA listed (USA) and exempt in some cases, and is not listed under California Proposition 65.
