True-Tone™ MC 54 is a light tan-shade, high-tinting-strength mortar and cement color made of natural and synthetic red, yellow, and black iron oxide primary pigments and mineral conditioners, blended and pulverized together. MC 54 is manufactured in large batches using intensive grinding and blending equipment. Each batch is measured throughout the process and verified on a spectrophotometer to certify its conformance with standards for tint strength and shade. It meets ASTM C979-82 standards for colors used in cement and is accepted for use under ASTM C270 standards for mortar cement.
