Ricon® 130 is a low molecular weight polybutadiene homopolymer, used as a non-extractable plasticizer in peroxide- and sulfur-cured elastomers. It features good insulation properties, a low glass transition temperature, and hydrophobic characteristics. This material also serves as a processing aid, resin, and plasticizer in encapsulant applications. It contains 111 ppm of 3,6-di-tertiary-butyl-4-methylphenol (CAS# 128-37-0) as an antioxidant. Ricon® 130 belongs to the polybutadienes chemical family.

Ricobond® 1756 is a low molecular weight, high-vinyl polybutadiene functionalized with maleic anhydride. This brown liquid serves as a toughener and is used in encapsulant applications. It belongs to the polybutadienes chemical family.

Ricon® 152 is a low molecular weight, liquid polybutadiene resin with moderately high vinyl functionality, offering high reactivity, exceptional hydrophobicity, and excellent processing characteristics. It is compatible with saturated and unsaturated elastomers, particularly olefinic-based and thermoplastic elastomers. As a Type II coagent, it provides excellent crosslink densities without affecting the cure rate, making it suitable for extrusions and moldings.

Krasol® HLBH P 2000 is a clear, saturated aliphatic liquid polyol offering UV stability for polyurethane coatings, preventing yellowing and maintaining mechanical properties. It also provides enhanced heat resistance and improved adhesion to challenging substrates such as polyolefins compared to standard hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene resins.

Ricon® 157 is a low molecular weight, liquid polybutadiene resin with moderately high vinyl functionality, offering good reactivity, exceptional hydrophobicity, and excellent processing characteristics. Its polymeric structure ensures compatibility with saturated and unsaturated elastomers. As a Type II coagent, it provides good crosslink densities without impacting the cure rate, making it ideal for extrusions and moldings requiring higher crosslink density and improved processing.

Krasol® HLBH-P 3000 is an odorless, water-clear, saturated aliphatic liquid polyol. Its saturated structure ensures light and weather stability, making it ideal for polyurethane coatings resistant to yellowing and maintaining mechanical properties like flexibility, adhesion, elongation, and strength. It also offers enhanced heat resistance and improved adhesion to challenging substrates, such as polyolefins, compared to standard hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene resins.

Ricon® 181 is a low molecular weight copolymer of butadiene and styrene, functioning as a binder and resin. It is electrically insulating and amber in color, with a liquid physical form. This product is compliant with chemical inventories including AICS (Australia), ISHL (Japan), NZIoC (New Zealand), DSL (Canada), PICCS (Philippines), KECI (Korea), IECSC (China), and ENCS (Japan).
