BYK-307 is a silicone-containing surface additive for solvent-free and solvent-borne coating systems, printing inks, and adhesives. It strongly reduces surface tension, ensures excellent substrate wetting, prevents cratering, and increases surface slip. It is a solvent-free alternative to BYK-306.

BYK-307

BYK-081 is a fluorine-free defoamer designed for solvent-borne and amine-neutralized systems. It is particularly effective in solventborne coatings, including can and wood coatings, and is compatible with alkyd resins. This emulsion-based defoamer ensures excellent foam control while maintaining high performance in various coating applications. It is suitable for use on wood substrates and offers the benefit of being fluorine-free, aligning with environmental and safety standards.

Zano® D is manufactured and tested in compliance with GMP Part II / ICH Q7 requirements. It undergoes testing using EP/USP analytical methods or validated in-house methods, ensuring compliance with specified standards. Zano® D is not suitable for UV applications.

BYK-306 is a silicone-containing surface additive for ambient-curing plastic systems and solvent-borne coating systems. It provides a strong reduction of surface tension, excellent substrate wetting, prevents cratering, and increases surface slip.

BYK-155 50% is designed for use in thrust reversers and heat shielding applications. It is suitable for industrial oils and fluids, including drilling fluids, and is effective in waterborne coatings. Additionally, it serves as an additive for fillers and inorganic pigments.

Structure® Xl is a starch-based rheology modifier designed for emulsion stabilization in personal care products. Delivered as a powder, it offers ease of use with immediate cold-water dispersibility, ideal for continuous manufacturing processes. It enhances emulsion stability across a broad temperature range (-30°C to 50°C), builds viscosity, and imparts a conditioning after-feel. Structure® XL can be added to the oil phase or used to adjust batch properties during production. Its nonionic nature and broad compatibility enable formulation flexibility across a wide pH range, accommodating up to 20% mono- and polyvalent salts and various raw materials.

BYK-320 is a silicone-containing surface additive designed for solvent-borne coating systems. It provides a slight reduction in surface tension and an increase in surface slip, along with good leveling and defoaming properties. Suitable for ambient curing plastic systems, it is compatible with unsaturated polyester and epoxy resins. The product functions as a leveling agent and is in liquid form.

BYK-LP N 6322 is a wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne and solvent-free systems. It functions as a dispersant and wetting agent, suitable for solventborne and solventless high-solids coatings.

Burgess Iceberg is a conventionally calcined medium particle size clay with a 91-93 GE brightness, used as an extender for TiO2 in trade sales interior/exterior flat paints. It also serves as a filler/extender in flexible PVC with aesthetics rather than electrical requirements, EPDM wire and cable insulation compounds, pharmaceutical rubber, and filler in polyurethane sealants.
