Kahlbeads 2178P Castor are white beads made from castor wax, obtained through the hydrogenation of virgin castor oil. With their round shape and high melting point, they serve as ideal peeling particles for sensitive skin. They should not be added at temperatures above 50°C to prevent melting.

KahlComplex 6421 MB Supersoft is a vegan lanolin substitute composed of complex esters of natural fatty acids, isostearic acid, and adipic acid. It is a soft, greasy paste that melts clear at approximately 40°C and offers water absorption comparable to sheep's lanolin, at least 200%. Suitable for O/W and W/O emulsions as well as anhydrous systems, it is certified RSPO Mass Balance quality.

KahlWax 7395 Micro is a microcrystalline wax composed primarily of branched-chain hydrocarbons. It enhances oil retention in pastes and anhydrous systems and serves as a thickener in W/O emulsions. This wax is particularly suitable for use as a solvent retention agent and improves crystallization control in polish formulations. Its physical form in pellets ensures easy incorporation into various applications.

Magnifin® H - 5 is a high-purity magnesium hydroxide made from mineral raw material, with a patented process ensuring a regular crystal structure.

Martinal® OL - 107 - LEO is fine precipitated aluminum hydroxide (ATH) grades with significantly improved compounding performance, higher thermal stability, better powder flowability, and higher bulk density after conveying. They also offer lower compound viscosity compared to traditional grades. These products are targeted for use in polymers such as polyolefins and their copolymers, PVC, and rubber.

KahlWax 8104 White Beeswax is pure beeswax derived from the honeycombs of Apis mellifera, carefully physically bleached. It forms flexible protective layers on the skin and enhances adhesion in formulations, making it an excellent volumizing agent for mascara. In W/O emulsions, pastes, and anhydrous systems like oleogels, it effectively regulates viscosity.

KahlWax 8019W White BW Substitute is a wax blend based on beeswax, offering structuring properties for anhydrous and emulsion-based systems. With reduced drag on the skin, it allows for higher dosages compared to natural beeswax. It is also suitable for candles and other technical applications.

BYK-313 is a silicone-containing surface additive for solvent-borne coating systems, providing strong surface tension reduction, excellent substrate wetting, crater prevention, and increased surface slip. It is particularly suited for baking systems and is thermally stable up to 230 °C. This is an aromatic-free alternative to BYK-310.

KahlWax 2227 Megaveggie is a natural, vegan, and cost-effective alternative to beeswax made from rice wax and coconut oil. It enhances texture, viscosity, and skin feel in cosmetic products. BYK-1880 is a solvent-free, silicone-containing defoamer designed for airless or air-assisted airless applications of solvent-borne and solvent-free systems. It is especially effective against application-related microfoam.

KahlWax 6684 Jasmine is a soft, amber-colored wax with a natural fragrance from Jasminum grandiflorum (royal jasmine) blossoms. Its moderate melting temperature makes it ideal for emulsions, allowing energy-efficient production. Non-recrystallizing and compatible with widely used ingredients, it enhances the pay-off of hard, anhydrous systems like lipsticks, pencils, and soaps. It forms a protective skin film that prevents dirt adhesion and penetration, facilitating easy cleansing.

KahlWax 6607WOA Sunflower is a light-colored wax derived as a by-product of milling unhulled sunflower seeds for edible oil. Composed mainly of esters of C16-C24 fatty acids and C26-C32 alcohols, it features a balanced softness-hardness and excellent oil-binding capacity. In stick preparations, it creates stable formulations with long-lasting shine and an elegant skin feel. It significantly enhances viscosity in oleogels, pigmented pastes, and W/O emulsions. In O/W emulsions, it stabilizes the oil phase, improving consistency and lubricity.

KahlWax 6642 Organic Carnauba is a light-colored, organic carnauba wax derived from the young leaves of the Brazilian palm tree Copernicia cerifera. It is unbleached, free from chemical treatments, and produced to be peroxide-free with a transparent melt. This very hard wax offers high gloss and exceptional oil-binding capacity.

KahlPolymer 7791 PE is a white wax composed of fully saturated ethylene polymers. It increases hardness and raises the melting point of W/O emulsions, oleogels, and other anhydrous systems. Common applications include lubricants, flow modifiers, release agents, and other processing uses.
