Masteret®

Masteret® 70450 is a halogen-free flame retardant based on stabilized and microencapsulated red phosphorus, specifically designed for fireproofing epoxy resins. It is in a thixotropic pasty form, making it safe to handle and easy to process. This flame retardant is soluble in acetone and is suitable for applications such as glass cloth impregnation. Its chemical composition includes poly(bisphenol-A-co-epichlorohydrin) and phosphorus, and it is part of chemical mixtures and blends used to enhance the flame-resistant properties of plastics and elastomers.

Masteret® 20450B1 is a highly stabilized and microencapsulated masterbatch containing 50% red phosphorus and polyamide 6 (PA 6). It is a halogen-free flame retardant additive, specifically designed for polyamide articles. This free-flowing, dust-free pellet form ensures easy handling, accurate dosing, and safe processing, providing high consistency in the quality of the final product.

Masteret® 80450 is a halogen-free flame retardant additive based on red phosphorus, designed for fireproofing organic polymer articles used in high-demand applications. It is in a liquid form (tixotropic watery dispersion), making it easy to handle, accurately pump, and uniformly disperse in final liquid preparations of flame retardant additives.

Masteret® 80550 is a non-halogenated flame retardant liquid masterbatch based on stabilized and microencapsulated red phosphorus in a water-based thixotropic dispersion. It is available in totes (IBC) and drums, and is compatible with acrylics and latex polymers. This product improves homogeneity and is dispersible, making it ideal for applications where flame retardancy is required. It is offered in a liquid masterbatch form, providing easy handling and integration into formulations.
