Loxiol® G 15 is a hydrogenated castor oil commonly used in the plastics and elastomers industry. It is compatible with Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) and is particularly suitable for extrusion processing. This product features a high melting point, excellent compatibility, low volatility, and good surface gloss. It functions as an internal lubricant, improving the processing of PVC and enhancing surface quality. Loxiol® G 15 is available in powder form, making it effective in reducing friction and improving the flow properties of materials during extrusion processes.

Ricobond® 1731HS is a powder product from the polybutadienes and maleinized polybutadienes chemical families. It contains amorphous silicon dioxide and is listed in the DSL (Canada), ENCS (Japan), and IECSC (China) chemical inventories.

Loxiol® P 621 is a combination of fatty acid esters (complex ester) designed for use in plastics and elastomers. It functions as both an external lubricant and a release agent, improving processing performance. The product is characterized by its excellent flow properties and is available in solid form.

Trigonox® C is a monofunctional peroxide used for crosslinking natural and synthetic rubbers, as well as thermoplastic polyolefins. It features good thermal stability and is effective in enhancing the crosslinking of polymers such as synthetic rubbers, natural rubbers (NR), and thermoplastic polyolefins (TPO). This liquid peroxide, chemically identified as tert-Butyl peroxybenzoate, is widely regulated and compliant with chemical inventories across various regions, including Taiwan (TCSI), Korea (KECI), China (IECSC), New Zealand (NZIoC), Japan (ENCS), the Philippines (PICCS), Canada (DSL), Japan (ISHL), Australia (AICS), and the USA (TSCA).

Pulpro® Silver 3 - SA is a natural, finely ground calcium carbonate powder derived from limestone, used as a filler in both flexible and rigid PVC applications. It complies with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards. The product is available in powder form and belongs to the carbonate chemical family.

Edenol® DOZ is a liquid plasticizer based on di-(2-ethylhexyl)-azelate (nonanedioic acid, 1,9-bis(2-ethylhexyl) ester). It is compatible with a wide range of polymers and resins, including nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), chlorosulphonated polyethylene rubber (CSM), chloroprene rubber (CR), NBR/PVC blends, hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR), and polyvinyl chloride (PVC). This yellow plasticizer offers oil resistance, excellent long-term heat aging properties, low volatility, good heat stability, softness, excellent surface properties, low-temperature performance, and water resistance. It is commonly used in coated fabrics and vinyl sheets.

Incozol™ EH is a urethane bis-oxazolidine latent hardener designed for use in one-component polyurethane coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers. It accelerates curing in low NCO prepolymers via a moisture-triggered mechanism, enabling crosslinking and enhancing properties such as cure development and mechanical strength. It eliminates CO2 gassing in high-build, high-solids systems, offers tolerance to repeated container openings, and supports versatile curing with two- or four-functional mix ratios. It can be stored and handled at temperatures as low as -15°C without crystallization.

BYK-W 995 is a wetting and dispersing additive designed for filled unsaturated polyester and epoxy systems. It enhances the dispersion and wetting properties of these resin systems, making it suitable for various processing methods, including pultrusion. This additive is compatible with epoxies and unsaturated polyesters (UPE), and it functions as both a dispersant and a wetting agent. Available in liquid form, it helps prevent filler settling and improves the overall performance of filled resin systems.

Phoslite™ B407A is a proprietary halogen-free synergistic flame retardant system based on phosphorus, designed for use in polyolefins. It features non-blooming properties and can be compounded or molded at high temperatures (up to 280°C) without significantly altering the host polymer's rheological characteristics (MFR). Previously introduced as “EXP PP/45B.”

BYK-066 N is a silicone-based defoamer suitable for solvent-free and solvent-borne coatings, printing inks, and ambient-curing plastic systems based on epoxy resins and polyurethane. It is a standard defoamer for solvent-borne systems, offering a good balance of effectiveness and compatibility.

R. J. Marshal MX-100 is a halogen-free, non-toxic flame retardant and smoke suppressant with excellent arc and tracking resistance. It is chemically inert and highly versatile, offering low abrasion and durability in plastics and elastomers. This product enhances safety in various applications by providing fire retardant, flame retardant, and smoke suppressant properties.

Ricon® 152 is a low molecular weight, liquid polybutadiene resin with moderately high vinyl functionality, offering high reactivity, exceptional hydrophobicity, and excellent processing characteristics. It is compatible with saturated and unsaturated elastomers, particularly olefinic-based and thermoplastic elastomers. As a Type II coagent, it provides excellent crosslink densities without affecting the cure rate, making it suitable for extrusions and moldings.

Loxiol® G 40 is a neutral wax ester with excellent compatibility, making it suitable for a range of applications in plastics and elastomers. It functions as both an internal and external lubricant, as well as a release agent. This product is compatible with various polymers and resins, including polyacrylates and styrene acrylonitrile (SAN). Loxiol® G 40 is particularly used in the production of rigid PVC, providing efficient processing properties. It is available in liquid form.

Al2Chem AL 121 Silane is utilized as a polymer modifier in grafting reactions, introducing pendant trimethoxysilyl groups that serve as moisture-activated crosslinking sites. The silane-grafted polymer is processed thermoplastically, with crosslinking occurring upon moisture exposure after the fabrication of the finished product.

Campine XP is an extra-pure antimony trioxide with a consistent and controlled average particle size ranging between 0.8 and 1.0 μm. Campine XP is commonly used in the integration of pigments during a sintering process.
