Ona S-301 is a 30% mid-molecular weight resin solution designed for use in water-based flexographic and gravure inks, pigment dispersions, coatings, overprint varnishes, and polymers. It is ideal for creating high-quality pigment dispersions with excellent color development, gloss, and transparency. It can also be added post-production to enhance holdout and rewet properties in inks and coatings. Additionally, it functions effectively as a polymer emulsifier, providing near-Newtonian flow characteristics.

Storage Information
  • Ona S-301 containers should be well sealed to prevent evaporation of water and the formation of skin on the surface.
  • The emulsion should be protected from freezing. Store containers at 5 – 25 ̊C for not more than twelve months.
  • Higher temperatures will affect quality and may cause the formation of skins, especially if the containers are not tightly closed or subjected to direct sunlight for long periods.
