DISPERBYK® is a wetting and dispersing additive designed for solvent-borne printing inks. It improves pigment dispersion and reduces dispersion time, making it ideal for use in screen printing ink, flexography ink, gravure ink, and other solventborne inks. BYK-348 is a silicone surfactant for aqueous coatings, adhesives, printing inks, and overprint varnishes. It reduces surface tension, enhancing substrate wetting without increasing surface slip. Suitable for systems without co-solvents, it functions as a surfactant in waterborne coatings, adhesives, and inks, and belongs to the silicone chemical family.

BYK-1794 is a silicone-free, emissions-free polymer defoamer suitable for solvent-borne, solvent-free, high-solid, and UV-curing systems. It is compatible with polyurethanes, epoxies, and wood substrates. Ideal for a variety of applications, including wood coatings, floor coatings, coil coatings, concrete coatings, and printing inks, it is VOC-free and effective in solventless, high solids, and radiation cure coatings. Additionally, it can be used in laminating and solvent-free adhesives.

BYK-3451 is a silicone surfactant designed for aqueous printing inks, overprint varnishes, inkjet inks, coatings, adhesives, and care products. It significantly reduces surface tension, improving the wetting of aqueous systems on non-polar substrates like polyethylene and polypropylene without increasing surface slip. This product enhances substrate wetting in waterborne coatings, adhesives, and inks, and is compatible with various surfaces, including paper. It functions as a wetting agent and surfactant, offering effective surface tension reduction for diverse applications.

BYK-307 is a silicone-containing surface additive for solvent-free and solvent-borne coating systems, printing inks, and adhesives. It strongly reduces surface tension, ensures excellent substrate wetting, prevents cratering, and increases surface slip. It is a solvent-free alternative to BYK-306.

BYK-021 is a VOC-free, silicone-containing defoamer for aqueous high-gloss emulsion systems, dispersion adhesives, printing inks, and overprint varnishes. It is particularly suitable for high-gloss and satin-gloss systems and for airless applications.

BYK-024 is a VOC-free, silicone-containing defoamer for aqueous emulsion lacquers, printing inks, overprint varnishes, and emulsion adhesives. It is an all-purpose, compatible defoamer that is easy to incorporate.

DISPERBYK® 2155 TF is a VOC- and solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne and solvent-free coating systems, floor coatings, and printing inks. It is particularly recommended for the manufacture of pigment concentrates with broad compatibility. The 100% active substance makes it particularly suitable for high-solid and solvent-free systems. DISPERBYK® 2155 TF is the tin-free variant of DISPERBYK® 2155.

BYK-1650 is a VOC-free, silicone-containing defoamer for aqueous coating systems, printing inks, overprint varnishes, and cleaning agents. It is a compatible defoamer that is easy to incorporate.

BYK-012 is a polymer-based, VOC- and silicone-free defoamer designed specifically for aqueous coatings, printing inks, and adhesives. It also serves as a process additive for thermoset resin systems and polishes, including Pickering emulsions.

Ceraflour® 1000 is a biodegradable, micronized polymer with wax-like properties derived from renewable raw materials. It provides matting, enhanced surface protection, and a soft feel effect, making it suitable for aqueous, solvent-borne, solvent-free, and UV systems. DISPERBYK® 168 is a wetting and dispersing additive for solventborne and solvent-free radiation-curable coatings, printing inks, and adhesives. It provides good steric stabilization and reduces viscosity, making it suitable for a variety of applications including radiation-curable coatings, coil and can coatings, and radiation-curable adhesives. This additive is ideal for use in solventless and high solids coatings, as well as printing inks, offering enhanced performance in radiation-cure applications.
