BYK-3550 is a substrate wetting and leveling agent based on a silicone acrylate copolymer for solvent-borne coating systems. It significantly reduces surface tension while enhancing substrate wetting and maintaining excellent recoatability. Ceraflour® 1000 is a biodegradable, micronized polymer with wax-like properties derived from renewable raw materials. It provides matting, enhanced surface protection, and a soft feel effect, making it suitable for aqueous, solvent-borne, solvent-free, and UV systems. This product is ideal for use in wood, paper, and leather coatings, as well as radiation-curable inks and waterborne coatings. It also serves as an anti-blocking agent and is transparent, biodegradable, and derived from renewable resources. Available in powder form, it is compatible with a variety of substrates and supports radiation curing.

BYK-323 is a silicone-containing surface additive for solvent-borne coating systems. It provides a slight reduction in surface tension, a slight increase in surface slip, good leveling, and defoaming properties. It is thermostable up to 250°C.

BYK-1794 is a silicone-free, emissions-free polymer defoamer suitable for solvent-borne, solvent-free, high-solid, and UV-curing systems. It is compatible with polyurethanes, epoxies, and wood substrates. Ideal for a variety of applications, including wood coatings, floor coatings, coil coatings, concrete coatings, and printing inks, it is VOC-free and effective in solventless, high solids, and radiation cure coatings. Additionally, it can be used in laminating and solvent-free adhesives.

BYK-355 is a polyacrylate-based surface additive for solvent-borne coating systems. It enhances leveling in medium-polarity to polar systems, offering good leveling properties. The additive provides thermal stability and is in liquid form, functioning as a leveling agent in solventborne coatings.

BYK-322 is a silicone-containing surface additive for solvent-borne coating systems, offering a slight reduction in surface tension and an increase in surface slip. Thermostable up to 250°C, it provides good leveling and defoaming properties. This additive functions as a leveling agent and belongs to the silicone chemical family.

BYK-358 N is a polyacrylate-based surface additive for solvent-borne coating systems and ambient curing plastic systems. It improves leveling and is suitable for semi-polar to polar systems.

BYK-394 is a polyacrylate-based surface additive for solvent-borne coil coatings and wood and furniture coatings. It improves leveling, enhances tape release, and is OH-functional.

BYK-P 105 is a controlled flocculating wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne and solvent-free adhesives and ambient-curing resin systems. It stabilizes fillers and is the solvent-free version of BYK-P 104.

BYK-361 N is a polyacrylate-based surface additive for solvent-borne and solvent-free coatings, UV-reactive printing inks, overprint varnishes, and powder coatings. It improves leveling, prevents craters, and is suitable for ambient curing plastic systems. This is the solvent-free version of BYK-358 N.

BYK-A 530 is a silicone- and polymer-containing defoamer and air release additive for solvent-borne and solvent-free coatings, ambient-curing plastic systems, pultrusion applications, adhesives, and sealants. It is particularly recommended for epoxy resin systems.
