RHEOBYK-420 is a liquid rheology additive for aqueous and water-reducible coating systems, designed to improve anti-sagging and anti-settling properties. It is especially suited for manufacturing aqueous pigment concentrates and causes thixotropic flow behavior. Post-addition is possible.

DISPERBYK® 2055 is a 100% wetting and dispersing additive designed for solventborne, solvent-free, and aqueous cost-sensitive formulations. It is compatible with a variety of polymers and resins, including acrylic-melamine, nitrocellulose, alkyds, alkyd-melamine, and polyurethanes (PU). This additive offers high molecular weight and viscosity, making it suitable for wood coatings and UV coatings. RHEOBYK L 100 is an associative thickener (HEAT) for aqueous systems, designed to produce Newtonian flow behavior. It is compatible with a range of resins, including epoxies (EP), polyvinyl acetate (PVA), polyurethanes (PU), acrylates, and alkyds. This liquid product offers easy handling, excellent processability, and brushability. It also helps reduce spattering and is composed of ethers, amines, polyethylene glycols, and polyglycols.

RHEOBYK 7411 ES is a liquid rheology additive for low-polarity solvent-borne and solvent-free coating systems and cleaning products. It generates highly thixotropic flow behavior, enhancing anti-sagging and anti-settling properties. This product offers excellent sag resistance, low sedimentation, and no surface residues. It is part of the urea & urea derivatives chemical family and serves as a rheology modifier.

DISPERBYK® 199 is a VOC-free wetting and dispersing additive designed for aqueous coatings, adhesives, and pigment concentrates. It stabilizes both organic and inorganic pigments, offering high pigment loading and improving gloss. Laponite EP is a rheology additive based on an organically modified, synthetic phyllosilicate for aqueous systems. It improves the rheological properties in the low shear range.

Claytone® AF is a powdered rheology additive based on organophilic phyllosilicate, designed to impart thixotropic flow behavior in non-polar to medium-polarity systems. Claytone® MPZ is a highly efficient rheology additive based on organophilic phyllosilicate, designed for medium- to high-polarity systems to impart thixotropic flow behavior. It is particularly effective in powder coatings, wood coatings, and printing inks, including silk screen printing inks. Key features include anti-settling, gloss reduction, filler settling resistance, pigment settling prevention, and sag resistance. Claytone® HT is a modified montmorillonite designed for use in aliphatic/aromatic, aromatic, and polar/aromatic systems with medium polarity. It acts as a thixotropic rheology modifier, providing flow control and anti-settling properties. Suitable for solvent-based paints, stains, enamels, primers, inks, and similar applications, it ensures reliable and reproducible rheological properties. A polar activator is required to achieve full efficiency.
