OPTIGEL WH is a powder rheology modifier and thixotrope belonging to the phyllosilicates chemical family. It is compatible with cellulose, cellulosics, and polyurethanes (PU), making it suitable for applications in thrust reversers and heat shielding.

Optigel WX is a rheology additive based on activated phyllosilicate, designed for aqueous systems and mineral pre-mix mortars to impart thixotropic flow behavior. It offers high sagging resistance, excellent adhesion properties, and anti-settling characteristics. Suitable for a wide range of applications, including wood coatings, flooring adhesives, acrylic sealants, kitchen cleaners, and waterborne coatings. It is hydrophilic, highly thixotropic, and provides excellent storage stability and electrolyte tolerance. Optigel WX is compatible with acrylates and works over a wide pH range. Available in powder form.

DISPERBYK® 2118 is a solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive for solventborne and solvent-free pigment concentrates, as well as printing inks. It is particularly effective for dispersing carbon blacks and phthalocyanine pigments, making it ideal for flexography, gravure, and solventborne inks. This additive reduces viscosity and functions as both a wetting agent and dispersant, enhancing dispersion and stability in ink formulations. DISPERBYK® 2118 is suitable for high-solids coatings and a variety of ink applications, offering improved performance in both solventborne and solvent-free systems.

RHEOBYK-7420 ES is a hygroscopic product that should be stored dry. Minor cloudiness of the material that may occur during storage does not affect its rheological effectiveness. The specified storage stability upon dispatch applies when the product is handled correctly and stored in unopened original containers.

RHEOBYK HV 80 is a VOC-free associative thickener (HASE) for aqueous systems, designed to generate highly pseudoplastic flow behavior.

RHEOBYK-7410 ET is a liquid rheology additive designed to generate highly thixotropic flow behavior for medium-polarity solvent-borne and solvent-free systems.

RHEOBYK 411 is a liquid rheology additive for low-polarity solvent-borne and solvent-free coating systems. It enhances anti-sagging and anti-settling properties by inducing highly thixotropic flow behavior. The product can be added post-process and is compatible with solventborne, solventless, and high solids coatings, as well as waterborne coatings. It functions as a rheology modifier and flame retardant and is part of the urea and urea derivatives chemical family.

RHEOBYK 431 is a liquid rheology additive that improves the anti-sagging and anti-settling properties of solvent-borne coatings, adhesives, sealants, as well as detergents, cleaning, and care products.

RHEOBYK R 606 is a liquid rheology additive for solvent-borne and solvent-free adhesives and sealants based on polyurethane, epoxy, and acrylate resins. It is designed for use with organophilic phyllosilicates and acts as a rheology modifier. This highly thixotropic product is suitable for solventborne and solvent-free (100% solids) adhesives and sealants.

DISPERBYK® 2008 is a wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-free UV coatings and high-solid systems. This additive reduces viscosity, enhances matting, and is ideal for wood coatings and radiation-curable adhesives. Compatible with acrylics and acrylates, DISPERBYK® 2008 ensures effective dispersion, improved flow, and optimal performance in UV and high-solids coatings.

RHEOBYK 405 is a liquid rheology additive for solvent-borne coating systems. It enhances the effectiveness of pyrogenic fumed materials, facilitating their incorporation, preventing separation, and stabilizing or increasing thixotropic behavior. It is compatible with polyesters, acrylates, and alkyds, and is used in solventborne coatings. The product is brown in color and improves rheology while also acting as a dispersant.

RHEOBYK R 605 is a liquid rheology additive for plastic applications such as vinyl ester and epoxy resins, unsaturated polyester resins, and gel coats. It prevents separation, and increases or stabilizes thixotropic behavior.
