Loxiol® P 1206 is a neutral ester wax used as both an internal and external lubricant and a release agent in plastics and elastomers. It is compatible with polymers such as Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) and Polyoxymethylene (POM), and is particularly effective in applications involving extrusion and injection molding. This solid-form product is used in end applications like rigid PVC, offering enhanced processing performance.

Omya BLH - OG is a natural, surface-treated, fine calcium carbonate powder, manufactured from high-purity, white limestone.

Loxiol® P728 BEADS is a single-ingredient solid lubricant with strong dispersing properties, compatible with bioplastics. It is biodegradable and food contact acceptable, making it suitable for use in various plastics & elastomers applications as an internal lubricant.

Hakuenka® CCR - S10 is a precipitated calcium carbonate coated with fatty acids in order to improve the dispersion in organic binders. Hakuenka® CCR - S10 is used to modify and control the rheology of sealants and adhesives when a pronounced shear thinning characteristic is the objective. It promotes high yield values and remarkable flowability of the finished product at the same time. Hakuenka® CCR - S10 improves sag and slump resistance and renders reinforcing properties. In printing inks Hakuenka® CCR - S10 is used as a mineral additive.

Loxiol® G 59 is a neutral wax ester known for its low volatility. It serves as both an internal and external lubricant, offering enhanced processing efficiency in plastics and elastomers. Loxiol® GE 2063 is a co-stabilizing lubricant blend used as an external lubricant and release agent for rigid PVC. This powder form product improves processing by reducing friction and enhancing mold release, making it ideal for use in the production of rigid PVC products.

Loxiol® G 70 S is a complex fatty acid ester designed to enhance processing in rigid PVC applications. It is characterized by its free-flowing, non-stick properties, making it ideal for use as a release agent. Available in prill form, it provides excellent performance in preventing sticking and improving material handling during the manufacturing process.
