Bioban™ DXN Antimicrobial is a broad-spectrum biocide containing 2,6-dimethyl-1,3-dioxan-4-yl acetate, designed to protect water-based industrial products, processes, and systems from microbial growth and spoilage. It is effective against bacteria and fungi and is suitable for use in emulsions, paints, coatings, textile chemicals, industrial adhesives, leather processing liquors, and distillate fuels.

HITOX is a beige-colored rutile titanium dioxide pigment that offers a cost-effective alternative to expensive organic and inorganic pigments. It can partially replace white titanium dioxide in various formulations. Common applications include paints and coatings (architectural, industrial, metal finishes, primers, wood coatings, and others), caulks, sealants, floor tiles, PVC, and other plastics.

BYK-P 4100 is a processing additive designed for filled thermoplastic compounds, PVC plastisols, and PVC calender applications. It functions as a surfactant, enhancing release properties, increasing tensile strength, and improving modulus. It is compatible with PVC resins and is particularly effective in applications requiring flame retardant production. The additive is suitable for industrial additives, including mineral filler applications and PVC plastisols.

Vikoflex® 7190 Epoxidized Linseed Oil is recommended for plasticization and stabilization of PVC homopolymer and copolymer formulations. It is ideal for use in rigid, semi-rigid, flexible extruded, calendered, and molded compounds, especially those requiring high oxirane content and efficient acid scavenging. This versatile product acts as a plasticizer and acid scavenger, ensuring improved processability and long-term stability in PVC-based applications.

Eversorb® 71 is a strong absorber of UV radiation, providing excellent photostability to polymers against UV light exposure. It helps retard color yellowing, prevent embrittlement, and maintain mechanical properties. Eversorb® 71 is particularly effective in styrenic polymers, PVC, unsaturated polyesters, polyurethane, acrylic polymers, and adhesives.

Eversorb® 732FD provides superior long-wavelength UV radiation protection, low volatility, and resistance to thermal degradation in polymers. It is particularly recommended for polyolefins (PE, PP) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC). This UV absorber is extraction-resistant, prevents thermal degradation, and offers excellent compatibility with a wide range of polymers. Available in flake form, it ensures reliable performance with low volatility.

Eversorb® 11 offers excellent photochemical and heat stability and is compatible with a wide range of polymers.

BYK-9076 is a solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne and solvent-free coatings, adhesives, PVC plastisols, and ambient curing resin systems. It is particularly suited for carbon black pigments, prevents separation, and enhances fiber wetting in SMC/BMC formulations. It is also used in the production of color masterbatches for thermoplastics.

KAOPRIME 15 is a white powder used as a filler, extender, and pigment in paper coatings, waterborne paints, and plastisol applications. It is compatible with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and offers excellent holdout, good brightness, high gloss, and high opacity. With good mechanical properties and excellent tint strength, it enhances the performance of coatings and plastisol formulations. This product is insoluble in water and ideal for use in a variety of industrial applications.

Edenol® 1208 is a polymeric plasticizer based on adipic acid, designed for use in plastisol applications. It offers low viscosity and is compatible with polyvinyl chloride (PVC). This liquid plasticizer enhances the processability of PVC and is suitable for various processing methods, including dip molding, rotational casting, and rotational molding.

KAOPLATE 13 is a powder used as a filler, extender, and pigment in paper coatings, waterborne coatings, and waterborne paints. It is compatible with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and paper substrates. This product offers excellent crack resistance, good mechanical properties, high opacity, and improved rheology, along with resistance to plasticizer migration. With a high aspect ratio and high surface area, it enhances the performance of coatings and paints. It is insoluble in water, making it ideal for various industrial applications.

Omyacarb® 35 - PT is a dry ground calcium carbonate with an intermediate, closely sized particle distribution. It serves as a pigment and filler in joint fillers, plaster, and render applications. The product is compatible with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and has a white color. It meets various certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), and FDA 21 CFR 174.5, 175.300, and 178.3297.

Cereclor™ E40 is a liquid plasticizer and flame retardant with applications in toys making and metalworking fluids. It is a chlorinated alkane (C14-16), compatible with polyvinyl chloride (PVC). This product functions as an extreme pressure additive in metalworking fluids and as a plasticizer in industrial additives.

Loxiol® G 15 is a hydrogenated castor oil commonly used in the plastics and elastomers industry. It is compatible with Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) and is particularly suitable for extrusion processing. This product features a high melting point, excellent compatibility, low volatility, and good surface gloss. It functions as an internal lubricant, improving the processing of PVC and enhancing surface quality. Loxiol® G 15 is available in powder form, making it effective in reducing friction and improving the flow properties of materials during extrusion processes.

Edenol® DOZ is a liquid plasticizer based on di-(2-ethylhexyl)-azelate (nonanedioic acid, 1,9-bis(2-ethylhexyl) ester). It is compatible with a wide range of polymers and resins, including nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), chlorosulphonated polyethylene rubber (CSM), chloroprene rubber (CR), NBR/PVC blends, hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR), and polyvinyl chloride (PVC). This yellow plasticizer offers oil resistance, excellent long-term heat aging properties, low volatility, good heat stability, softness, excellent surface properties, low-temperature performance, and water resistance. It is commonly used in coated fabrics and vinyl sheets.
