Incozol™

Incozol™ 2 is an effective moisture scavenger for polyurethane coatings and sealants. It eliminates moisture from solvents, polyols, prepolymers, plasticizers, and pigments, preventing bubbling and downglossing caused by excess moisture on substrates or from the atmosphere. Suitable for one- or two-component systems, it is not typically recommended for one-component systems with low NCO content.

Incozol™ 4 is a bis-oxazolidine curing agent that hydrolyzes upon exposure to moisture, releasing a reactive amine and hydroxyl functional cross-linking agent. It is suitable for both one- and two-component polyurethane systems. In one-component systems, it is typically used with aliphatic prepolymers, while in two-component systems, it can also be paired with aromatic prepolymers or isocyanates.

Incozol™ EH is a urethane bis-oxazolidine latent hardener designed for use in one-component polyurethane coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers. It accelerates curing in low NCO prepolymers via a moisture-triggered mechanism, enabling crosslinking and enhancing properties such as cure development and mechanical strength. It eliminates CO2 gassing in high-build, high-solids systems, offers tolerance to repeated container openings, and supports versatile curing with two- or four-functional mix ratios. It can be stored and handled at temperatures as low as -15°C without crystallization.

Incozol™ LV is a reactive diluent designed to enable low-VOC polyurethane coatings and sealants. It is used in two-component formulations, replacing part of the polyol component, as in automotive refinish and OEM coatings. Applications include high-solids coatings for boats, industrial maintenance, aircraft, automotive sealants, anti-graffiti lacquers, and waterproof coatings.
