Cereclor™ E56 is a chlorinated paraffin derived from refined mid-chain-length (C14-17) paraffin. It features a high chlorine content and is used as an extreme pressure additive for lubricants and metalworking fluids. The E56T grade includes anti-corrosion properties for high-water environments, while the E56C grade offers enhanced solubility in base oils.
