Eversorb® 51 is a strong, broad UV light absorber with excellent compatibility with polymers. Its chemical name is 2,2’,4,4’-tetrahydroxybenzophenone, and it belongs to the phenols and phenolics family.Eversorb® 51 helps prevent yellowing, embrittlement, and mechanical property degradation of polymers under light exposure, ensuring enhanced durability and stability. It is compatible with polycarbonates (PC) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and is available in powder form. This UV absorber offers good non-yellowing properties and excellent overall compatibility. The product is yellow in color.
