Bionix® BIT20W is a 19.3% solution of 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one, a broad-spectrum microbiocide for controlling spoilage, odor-causing bacteria, yeast, and molds in aqueous industrial systems. Applications include oil-in-water emulsions, latexes, emulsion paints, water-based adhesives, dispersions, pesticide formulations, aqueous slurries, titanium dioxide slurries, tape joint compounds, leather processing solutions, and preservation of fresh animal hides.
