Elotex® Seal81 is an encapsulated silane in powder form that provides excellent water-repellent properties both on the surface and within cementitious mortars. When the mortar is mixed with water, the active ingredient is released and binds covalently to the inorganic mortar matrix, offering long-term durability and a superior pearl effect. Elotex® Seal81 is highly effective in alkaline conditions (pH > 10), significantly reducing water uptake. RHEOBYK-T 1010 VF is a VOC-free associative thickener (HEUR) for aqueous systems, designed to generate Newtonian flow behavior.

BYK-Synergist 2100 is a pigment synergist for solvent-borne and solvent-free coating systems.
