Hydrocarb® OG is a natural, very fine calcium carbonate powder, manufactured from high-purity, white limestone.

Hakuenka® CCR is a precipitated calcium carbonate coated with fatty acids to improve dispersion in organic binders. Hakuenka® CCR is used to modify and control the rheology of sealants and adhesives based on polyurethane, silicone, hybrid polymers, polysulfide, and butyl, as well as in PVC or acrylic plastisols. Hakuenka® CCR improves sag and slump resistance and enhances reinforcing properties. It is also used in printing inks, rubber, and plastics applications.

Hakuenka® CCR - S10 is a precipitated calcium carbonate coated with fatty acids in order to improve the dispersion in organic binders. Hakuenka® CCR - S10 is used to modify and control the rheology of sealants and adhesives when a pronounced shear thinning characteristic is the objective. It promotes high yield values and remarkable flowability of the finished product at the same time. Hakuenka® CCR - S10 improves sag and slump resistance and renders reinforcing properties. In printing inks Hakuenka® CCR - S10 is used as a mineral additive.

Viscoexcel® 30-SG is an ultrafine precipitated calcium carbonate with primary particles of 30 nm. The particles are homogeneously coated with fatty acids to ensure good dispersibility in organic media. Viscoexcel® 30 - SG is used to control rheology in adhesives and sealants, providing high viscosity at low shear and good workability due to its shear-thinning effect at high viscosity. It also enhances the mechanical properties of structural adhesives.

BYK-346 is a silicone surfactant for aqueous coatings, printing inks, and overprint varnishes. It strongly reduces surface tension, improving substrate wetting without increasing surface slip. A solution of BYK-345, it is in liquid form and functions as a surfactant in waterborne coatings and varnishes, enhancing substrate wetting.

Ceraflour® 950 is a micronized wax based on modified HDPE for solvent-borne and solvent-free coatings, printing inks, and powder coatings. It improves scratch resistance, provides a soft-feel effect, and offers matting properties. The additive is particularly suitable for radiation-curable formulations.

Burgess Icecap K® is a high-performance calcined kaolin used as an extender for TiO₂ in coatings requiring a high Hegman grind. Its low screen residue, achieved through agglomerate removal, makes it ideal for applications in wire and cable, molded and extruded rubber, and plastic products. It offers good electrical properties, low compression set, and low water absorption.

BYK-354 is a polyacrylate-based surface additive for solvent-borne and solvent-free coatings, UV-curing printing inks, overprint varnishes, and ambient curing plastic systems. It functions as a standard leveling agent with a deaerating effect, improving deaeration and offering thermal stability. Suitable for radiation-cure applications, it is in liquid form and is ideal for solventborne and solventless high solids coatings.

BYK-016 is a VOC-free and silicone-free polymer-based defoamer specifically designed for aqueous coatings, adhesives, printing inks, and overprint varnishes. It is also suitable for underwater pelletizing of thermoplastics and is approved for food contact applications. The product is APEO-free, mineral oil-free, and provides excellent defoaming performance at low dosages. It is ideal for applications such as waterborne coatings, varnishes, coil coating, and can coatings. Additionally, BYK-016 is effective in waterborne adhesives and is a versatile defoamer for a range of industrial applications.

BYK-3455 is a fluorine-free, silicone-containing additive designed to improve substrate wetting and leveling in aqueous systems and solvent-free UV coatings.

Omyaloop® Mix - OG is a new generation calcium carbonate tailor-made and desgined for the use in recycled polyolefin blends to boost its performance.

BYK-1799 is a VOC-free, silicone-containing defoamer for solvent-borne, high-solid, and solvent-free systems. It is particularly suitable for 100% UV systems, offering extremely high defoaming action, and is especially recommended for matted and pigmented systems as well as printing inks.
