FACI Zinc Stearate TM Kosher is a versatile additive used in mortar, plaster, and rigid PVC applications. It functions as an acid acceptor, lubricant (both internal and external), PVC stabilizer, and hydrophobic agent, enhancing the performance of industrial additives and plastics & elastomers.

EVERAOX 201 is a low-phenol trialkyl phosphite antioxidant suitable as a lubricant additive and for use with metal heat stabilizers in PVC compounding. As a secondary antioxidant, it reacts with hydroperoxides and, when combined with primary antioxidants, provides excellent protection against polymer degradation caused by oxidation.

Loxiol® GE 2063 is a co-stabilizing lubricant blend used as an external lubricant and release agent for rigid PVC. This powder form product improves processing by reducing friction and enhancing mold release, making it ideal for use in the production of rigid PVC products.

Loxiol® P 861/3.5 is a long-chain fatty acid ester of pentaerythritol. It is compatible with a range of polymers and resins, including Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT), Poly(Methyl Methacrylate) (PMMA), Polyoxymethylene (POM), and Polycarbonates (PC). The product is primarily used in injection molding processes. It functions as a lubricant (external), release agent, anti-blocking agent, and lubricant (internal). It features abrasion resistance and is available in a solid physical form.

Loxiol® G 71 S is a complex fatty acid ester designed for use as an external lubricant and release agent. It is compatible with a variety of polymers and resins, including Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) and Polyurethanes (PU). This product is available in liquid form, providing excellent lubricating and release properties to enhance processing and reduce friction in plastics and elastomers.

Plastistrength® L1000 is a highly efficient acrylic lubricant designed for PVC compounding and processing. It provides excellent metal release characteristics due to its unique lubricating properties. Effective at low use levels, it minimally impacts clarity, heat stability, chemical resistance, and physical properties, making it ideal for calendering, blow molding, and extrusion applications.

Armoslip® E is an internal and external lubricant derived from amides. Its chemical name is cis-13-docosenoamide.

Loxiol® G 20 LV is a technical grade stearic acid used primarily in rigid PVC applications. It functions as an external lubricant to improve the processing of PVC. The product is available in flake form.

Armoslip® 18LF is a lubricant, both internal and external, made from stearamides. Its chemical name is octadecanamide.

Emerox® 1112, composed of azelaic acid, dodecanedioic acid, pimelic acid, sebacic acid, suberic acid, and undecanedioic acid, functions as a lubricant for polyamide and polyester fibers. It is suitable for CASE ingredients, industrial additives, and plastics and elastomers as an external lubricant.

Loxiol® G 70 S is a complex fatty acid ester designed to enhance processing in rigid PVC applications. It is characterized by its free-flowing, non-stick properties, making it ideal for use as a release agent. Available in prill form, it provides excellent performance in preventing sticking and improving material handling during the manufacturing process.

Loxiol® 8312 is a high-mono glycerol monostearate (GMS) used as an external lubricant and anti-static agent. It enhances flowability and reduces surface resistivity, making it suitable for polyolefins and other plastics. Loxiol® G 32 PWD is a neutral wax ester known for its excellent flow properties and versatility in a variety of polymer systems.
