Elotex®

Elotex® ERA100 is a highly active, efflorescence-reducing additive in powder form, based on natural resin technology to improve the durability of construction materials.

Elotex® FL2280 is a defoamed, hard redispersible polymer powder based on a copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene, improving the performance and durability of construction products.

Elotex® FL3210 is a defoamed redispersible polymer powder based on vinyl acetate, vinyl versatate, and ethylene. It is specifically developed for self-levelling flooring compounds and screeds, acting as an organic binder to enhance adhesion, cohesion, and workability in building materials like ready-mix dry mortars. This hard polymer offers excellent defoaming and levelling properties when combined with superplasticizers, as well as superior water resistance, improving surface hardness and stability. Mortars modified with Elotex® FL3210 show enhanced abrasion resistance, adhesion, flexural and compressive strengths, and smooth, defect-free surfaces. It also exhibits low VOC emissions, meeting stringent eco-labelling standards like EMICODE EC1PLUS.

Elotex® FL2211 is a defoamed, hard redispersible polymer powder based on a copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene, used to enhance the performance of construction materials.

Elotex® HD1500 is a defoamed, semi-flexible redispersible polymer powder based on a copolymer of vinyl acetate and vinyl versatate, designed to enhance the performance of construction materials.

Elotex® MP2701 is a hard redispersible polymer powder based on a copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene, specifically developed for thin-set tile adhesive mortars on plywood substrates. It acts as an organic binder to enhance adhesion, cohesion, and workability in building materials like ready-mix dry mortars. This hard polymer binder is designed to improve shear strength and adhesion to plywood substrates. Elotex® MP2701 also features extremely low VOC emissions, enabling manufacturers to meet stringent eco-labelling standards such as EMICODE EC1PLUS.

Elotex® Seal81 is an encapsulated silane in powder form that provides excellent water-repellent properties both on the surface and within cementitious mortars. When the mortar is mixed with water, the active ingredient is released and binds covalently to the inorganic mortar matrix, offering long-term durability and a superior pearl effect. Elotex® Seal81 is highly effective in alkaline conditions (pH > 10), significantly reducing water uptake. It also improves wetting and mixing properties, is easy to dose with low dust formation, and has a long shelf life.

Elotex® SEAL200 is an encapsulated silane powder that releases its active ingredient when mixed with water, binding covalently to the inorganic mortar matrix for improved durability.

Elotex® Titan8100 is a redispersible polymer powder based on a cationically stabilized copolymer of acrylates, designed for high-strength mortar applications. It acts as an organic binder to enhance adhesion, cohesion, and workability in building materials like ready-mix dry mortars. This hard powder is particularly beneficial for high-strength mortar formulations, providing excellent workability, high cohesion strength, and strong adhesion on various substrates. With its monomer composition and core-shell design, Elotex® Titan8100 is highly resistant to saponification and offers fast redispersibility, making it ideal for applications requiring a short mixing time.

Elotex® WR8600 is a flexible redispersible polymer powder based on a cationically stabilized copolymer of acrylates, enhancing bonding strength and flexibility in various applications.
