Bioban™ O-45, previously sold as SKANE M-8 Microbicide, is a highly effective industrial mildewcide recommended for coatings, latex and solvent-based paints, semitransparent and solid stains, building materials, including elastomeric roof and wall coatings, caulks, sealants, joint cements, spackling, stucco, grout, wallpaper pastes, adhesives, aqueous adhesives, tackifiers, and leather. BIOBAN O 45 provides broad-spectrum protection against fungi (yeast and mold) during manufacture and storage and offers dry-film protection against mold and mildew after application. It is soluble in most organic solvents and oils but only slightly soluble in water.

Bionix® ZP48 is a 48% solution of zinc 2-pyridinethiol-1-oxide, a broad-spectrum preservative and dry film mildewcide. It is used to protect textiles, flooring adhesives, aqueous latex architectural paints, industrial non-marine paints and coatings, joint compounds, glazing compounds, wood fillers, styrene-butadiene rubber, thermoplastic resins, latex emulsions, clay, mineral pigments, guar gum slurries, drywall, gypsum, and adhesives for food packaging.

Ona P-5343 is an acrylic polymer used to enhance Portland cement by improving adhesion, impact resistance, flexibility, and abrasion resistance. It reduces water content and increases toughness and durability. Available as a liquid, it meets ASTM C1107 standards and is TSCA Exempt in the USA and DSL Exempt in Canada.
