BYK-1797 is a silicone-containing, highly effective defoamer and air release agent for solvent-borne, high-solid, and solvent-free 100% UV printing inks, overprint varnishes, and PUR-based thermosets. It also serves as a process additive for thermoset resin systems and polishes, including Pickering emulsions.

RHEOBYK-T 1010 VF is a VOC-free associative thickener (HEUR) for aqueous systems, designed to generate Newtonian flow behavior.

BYK-347 is a silicone surfactant for aqueous coatings, printing inks, and overprint varnishes. It significantly reduces surface tension, improving substrate wetting without increasing surface slip. BYK-Synergist 2100 is a pigment synergist for solvent-borne and solvent-free coating systems. It enhances the performance of polymeric wetting and dispersing additives, particularly in stabilizing pigments like phthalocyanine blue, phthalocyanine green, organic violet pigments, and carbon blacks. It provides good wetting properties and functions as a synergist to improve pigment dispersion. The product is in powder form and is used in both solventborne and solventless & high solids coatings.

DISPERBYK® 108 is a solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne coatings, printing inks, and pigment concentrates. It is the solvent-free version of DISPERBYK® 107.

Ceraflour® 1000 is a biodegradable, micronized polymer with wax-like properties derived from renewable raw materials. It provides matting, enhanced surface protection, and a soft feel effect, making it suitable for aqueous, solvent-borne, solvent-free, and UV systems. This product is ideal for use in wood, paper, and leather coatings, as well as radiation-curable inks and waterborne coatings. It also serves as an anti-blocking agent and is transparent, biodegradable, and derived from renewable resources. Available in powder form, it is compatible with a variety of substrates and supports radiation curing.

DISPERBYK® 190 is a VOC- and solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive for aqueous coating systems, printing inks, and adhesives. It is a standard additive for binder-free pigment concentrates and is suitable for all types of pigments.

BYK-399 is a silicone-free surface additive for solvent-borne coatings. It improves leveling, provides a moderate reduction in surface tension, and offers a defoaming effect at higher doses.

BYK-016 is a VOC-free and silicone-free polymer-based defoamer specifically designed for aqueous coatings, adhesives, printing inks, and overprint varnishes. It is also suitable for underwater pelletizing of thermoplastics and is approved for food contact applications. The product is APEO-free, mineral oil-free, and provides excellent defoaming performance at low dosages. It is ideal for applications such as waterborne coatings, varnishes, coil coating, and can coatings. Additionally, BYK-016 is effective in waterborne adhesives and is a versatile defoamer for a range of industrial applications.

DISPERBYK® 184 is a wetting and dispersing additive for aqueous coating systems and aqueous pigment concentrates containing resin. It functions as a wetting agent and dispersant, reducing viscosity and providing good steric stabilization. This additive is ideal for waterborne coatings, ensuring improved dispersion and stability in aqueous formulations.

DISPERBYK® 164 is a wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne coating systems and pigment concentrates. It stabilizes pigments of all types and is suitable for non-polar systems. It is aromatic-free and has a higher solids content compared to DISPERBYK® 163.

DISPERBYK® 2001 is a wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne automotive coatings. It stabilizes pigments in base coats containing CAB, provides a particularly strong reduction in millbase viscosity, and increases the jetness of carbon blacks in automotive coatings.

BYK-018 is a VOC-free, silicone-containing defoamer specifically designed for aqueous pigmented high-gloss emulsion systems. It provides high effectiveness against microfoam, making it ideal for waterborne coatings. The product is formulated to enhance foam control without compromising the quality of the final coating, ensuring smooth and glossy finishes. RHEOBYK-410 is a liquid rheology additive for medium-polarity solvent-borne and solvent-free coating systems, as well as PVC plastisols and ambient-curing resin systems. It creates highly thixotropic flow behavior, improving anti-sagging and anti-settling properties. Post-addition is possible.
