BYK-3560 is a silicone- and fluorine-free surface additive designed to increase surface energy in aqueous, solvent-borne, UV-curable, and high-solid systems.

DISPERBYK® 2155 TF is a VOC- and solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne and solvent-free coating systems, floor coatings, and printing inks. It is particularly recommended for the manufacture of pigment concentrates with broad compatibility. The 100% active substance makes it particularly suitable for high-solid and solvent-free systems. DISPERBYK® 2155 TF is the tin-free variant of DISPERBYK® 2155.

DISPERBYK® 116 is an acrylate copolymer with pigment-affinic groups, designed for use in solventborne and solventless coatings, as well as pigment concentrates. DISPERBYK® 2152 is an emission-free, hyperbranched wetting and dispersing additive designed for solvent-free epoxy systems and other reactive systems. It offers excellent pigment wetting and compatibility, making it suitable for epoxy coatings, wood coatings, and epoxy adhesives. This additive enhances corrosion resistance, reduces viscosity, and improves dispersion. It is compatible with metal, wood, and polyester substrates, ensuring optimal performance in solvent-free and high-solids coatings.

DISPERBYK® 111 is a solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive designed for both solvent-borne and solvent-free coatings and printing inks. It effectively stabilizes inorganic pigments, especially titanium dioxide, while significantly reducing millbase viscosity. This additive enhances the gloss and provides good steric stabilization, making it ideal for high solids and solventless coatings, as well as printing inks. DISPERBYK® 111 serves as both a dispersant and a wetting agent, improving the efficiency and performance of pigment dispersion.

DISPERBYK® 168 is a wetting and dispersing additive for solventborne and solvent-free radiation-curable coatings, printing inks, and adhesives. It provides good steric stabilization and reduces viscosity, making it suitable for a variety of applications including radiation-curable coatings, coil and can coatings, and radiation-curable adhesives. This additive is ideal for use in solventless and high solids coatings, as well as printing inks, offering enhanced performance in radiation-cure applications.

Anti-Terra-202 is a controlled flocculating wetting and dispersing additive designed for solvent-borne, medium-polar to low-polar thick layer systems and primers. It prevents the settling of fillers and inorganic pigments and facilitates the gelling of bentonites. It offers features like floating resistance, anti-settling, flooding resistance, and high sagging resistance. It functions as both a wetting agent and dispersant in solventborne and solventless coatings. The product complies with various regulatory standards, including TSCA, Clean Air Act, and DSL.

Anti-Terra-203 is a controlled flocculating wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne, medium-polar to low-polar thick layer systems and primers. It prevents the settling of fillers and inorganic pigments and aids in the gelling of bentonites. Key features include flooding resistance, floating resistance, high sagging resistance, and anti-settling properties. It functions as both a wetting agent and dispersant in solventborne and solventless coatings. The product is compliant with TSCA, TSCA Exempt, and DSL chemical inventories.

Lactimon is a specialized solution consisting of a partial amide and alkylammonium salt of a lower molecular weight unsaturated polycarboxylic acid polymer, combined with a polysiloxane copolymer. This formulation functions as a wetting agent and dispersant, providing enhanced performance in various coating applications. It is particularly beneficial in wood coating, coil coating, and solventborne coatings. Lactimon improves slip, leveling, and offers excellent dispersion characteristics. It is also hygroscopic, making it suitable for solventless and high solids coatings, contributing to better surface compatibility and application properties. Available in pails and drums.

DISPERBYK® 2055 is a 100% wetting and dispersing additive designed for solventborne, solvent-free, and aqueous cost-sensitive formulations. It is compatible with a variety of polymers and resins, including acrylic-melamine, nitrocellulose, alkyds, alkyd-melamine, and polyurethanes (PU). This additive offers high molecular weight and viscosity, making it suitable for wood coatings and UV coatings. It improves dispersion and is effective as both a wetting agent and dispersant in solventborne and high-solids coatings, ensuring enhanced performance in a range of coating applications.

DRICAT 18 is a cobalt-free dispersant and anti-skinning agent used in resin-based coatings and solventless or high solids coatings. It provides good cure acceleration, enhancing the performance and efficiency of coating formulations while preventing skinning during storage and application.

DRICAT 10 is a cobalt-free dispersant and anti-skinning agent compatible with unsaturated polyester (UPE) resins. It is used in applications such as solventless and high solids coatings, waterborne coatings, and waterborne paints. This product offers good cure acceleration, improving the performance and efficiency of coatings and paint formulations.

BYK-LP N 6322 is a wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne and solvent-free systems. It functions as a dispersant and wetting agent, suitable for solventborne and solventless high-solids coatings.

BYK-P 105 is a controlled flocculating wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne and solvent-free adhesives and ambient-curing resin systems. It stabilizes fillers and is the solvent-free version of BYK-P 104.

BYK-9077 is a solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne and solvent-free coatings, adhesives, PVC plastisols, ambient curing resin systems, SMC, pultrusion, and solvent-free UV printing inks. It is ideal for producing color masterbatches for thermoplastics and is particularly recommended for basic carbon black pigments.
