Balance® CR is also Clean Water Act (CWA) Certified, Clean Air Act (CAA) Certified, and compliant with SARA 311/312. It is not listed in California Proposition 65. The INCI name for Balance® CR is Acrylates Copolymer, and it is available in liquid form.
