Dispersing & Wetting Additives

Bermocoll® E230FQ is a non-ionic, water-soluble cellulose ether that improves the consistency, stability, and water retention of water-based products.

Omyabond® 520 - FL is a fine, white calcium carbonate powder that is surface-treated for low moisture content and excellent dispersion properties. It is primarily used in adhesive and sealant applications, including 1K (1 Component) Adhesives, Polyurethane Adhesives, and Polyurethane Sealants. The product offers excellent dispersibility and is known for its low moisture content. It functions as both a filler and a pigment, providing enhanced properties in formulations. The product is compatible with Polyurethanes (PU) and is certified under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. It is available in bulk and bags packaging types, and it undergoes a moisture cure. Its chemical family includes Calcium Salts and Carbonates, with the primary chemical component being Calcium Carbonate. The product is white in color and in powder form.

DISPERBYK® 2015 is a VOC- and solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive for aqueous coatings, printing inks, adhesives, and care products. It is designed for resin-free pigment concentrates.

DISPERBYK® 199 is a VOC-free wetting and dispersing additive designed for aqueous coatings, adhesives, and pigment concentrates. It stabilizes both organic and inorganic pigments, offering high pigment loading and improving gloss. This additive reduces viscosity and enhances performance in waterborne coatings, adhesives, and sealants, making it suitable for wood and leather substrates. Bermocoll® EHM300 is an associative non-ionic, water-soluble cellulose ether that improves the rheological properties of water-based paints.

BYKETOL-Spezial is a silicone-containing surface additive for solvent-borne coatings that prevents surface defects and improves leveling.

KAYOCEL 6W100 is made from 100% virgin bleached cellulose, offering high chemical resistance and brightness, and is available in four fiber lengths for a wide range of applications.

DISPERBYK® 191 is a VOC- and solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive for aqueous coatings, adhesives, and care products. It is suitable for both binder-free and binder-containing pigment concentrates and is particularly optimized for emulsion systems.

DRICAT 10 is a cobalt-free dispersant and anti-skinning agent compatible with unsaturated polyester (UPE) resins. It is used in applications such as solventless and high solids coatings, waterborne coatings, and waterborne paints. This product offers good cure acceleration, improving the performance and efficiency of coatings and paint formulations.

BYK-LP N 6322 is a wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne and solvent-free systems. It functions as a dispersant and wetting agent, suitable for solventborne and solventless high-solids coatings.

DISPERBYK® 2163 is a wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne coatings and pigment concentrates. It serves as a cost-effective alternative to DISPERBYK® 163.

DISPERBYK® 167 is a wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne coatings and pigment concentrates. It stabilizes pigments of all types and offers broad compatibility for all-purpose pigment concentrates based on aldehyde and acrylate grinding resins. It is the aromatic-free version of DISPERBYK® 163.

DISPERBYK® is a wetting and dispersing additive designed for solvent-borne printing inks. It improves pigment dispersion and reduces dispersion time, making it ideal for use in screen printing ink, flexography ink, gravure ink, and other solventborne inks. This dispersant and wetting agent enhances the performance and efficiency of printing ink formulations.

BYK-UV 3530 is a crosslinking, silicone-containing surface additive for aqueous, radiation-curable printing inks and overprint varnishes. It significantly reduces surface tension, provides excellent substrate wetting, and improves leveling in 100% UV systems without affecting surface slip.

BYK-P 105 is a controlled flocculating wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne and solvent-free adhesives and ambient-curing resin systems. It stabilizes fillers and is the solvent-free version of BYK-P 104.
