Polymer Additives

Pyroguard SR-245 FR-245 is a flame retardant used in plastics and elastomers. It is compatible with other thermoplastics and is available in powder form. The material is odorless and compliant with chemical inventories such as TSCA (USA) and DSL (Canada), with exemptions under TSCA and DSL. It is also compliant with California Proposition 65.

Loxiol® 895 is ethylene glycol distearate (EGDS), an ester compound used as an internal lubricant. It is particularly compatible with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and offers the benefit of low volatility, making it ideal for processing applications. This product helps improve the flow and processing characteristics of PVC and other resins, enhancing production efficiency.

FACI CAL STEARATE-S is a single-ingredient hydrophobic agent, acid acceptor, and internal lubricant. It is used in PVC, polyethylene, and polypropylene manufacturing processes and is suitable for applications in mortar, plaster, and rigid PVC formulations.

Omyacarb® 200 - PT is a natural calcium carbonate granule derived from high-purity white marble. It is used as a filler and pigment in joint fillers, plaster, and render applications. The product is white in color and available in suspension form. It is compatible with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and meets various certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), and FDA 21 CFR 174.5, 175.300, and 178.3297.

Edenol® 9789 is a polymeric plasticizer based on azelaic acid. It is compatible with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and offers outstanding weatherability, migration resistance, and low volatility. Commonly used in wire insulation, it functions as both a tackifier and plasticizer in plastics and elastomers.

Trigonox® 101 is a liquid peroxide-based crosslinking agent and initiator, primarily used in plastics and elastomers. It is composed of 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy)hexane and is compatible with polypropylenes (PP). It is listed in various chemical inventories, including AICS (Australia), DSL (Canada), IECSC (China), ISHL (Japan), KECI (Korea), PICCS (Philippines), and TSCA (USA).

Vikoflex® 7170 BULK epoxidized soybean oil provides efficient plasticization and co-stabilization for PVC flexible and semi-rigid compounds, thermoplastics, rubbers, and elastomers. It functions as an acid and mercaptan scavenger, viscosity modifier, and reactive diluent in epoxy, polyurethane, UV-curing resins, acrylic and PVA emulsions, solvent-borne alkyds, and polyesters. It is FDA-approved for specific food contact applications with limitations.

Durastrength® 350 is a high-performance acrylic impact modifier that enhances the impact properties of rigid vinyl products. It provides the necessary impact resistance to pass critical impact tests while maintaining the excellent weatherability, processability, and flow properties of Durastrength® 200 impact modifier.

DISPERBYK® 192 is a VOC- and solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive for aqueous coating systems, printing inks, and liquid color masterbatches for thermoplastics. It is also used to manufacture pastes for unsaturated polyester resin systems or gel coats. It is particularly suitable for producing stable effect pigment dispersions.

BYK-327 is a silicone-containing surface additive for solvent-borne, solvent-free, radiation-curable, and aqueous systems. It improves leveling and provides a defoaming effect in floor coatings.

DISPERPLAST® 1150 is a solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive for PVC and thermoplastics applications. It improves the dispersion and reduces the viscosity of filled and pigmented systems, making it suitable for producing liquid color masterbatches and solid masterbatches.

Pulpro® White 3 - SA is a fine ground calcium carbonate powder derived from white marble. It is used as a filler and pigment in masterbatches, rigid and flexible PVC, plaster, joint fillers, and render. Certified with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and Clean Water Act regulations, it is available in powder form.

DISPERPLAST® P is a wetting and dispersing additive for PVC plastisols, designed to improve the incorporation of pigments and reduce sedimentation.

Loxiol® G 70 S is a complex fatty acid ester designed to enhance processing in rigid PVC applications. It is characterized by its free-flowing, non-stick properties, making it ideal for use as a release agent. Available in prill form, it provides excellent performance in preventing sticking and improving material handling during the manufacturing process.

EVERAOX 201 is a low-phenol trialkyl phosphite antioxidant suitable as a lubricant additive and for use with metal heat stabilizers in PVC compounding. As a secondary antioxidant, it reacts with hydroperoxides and, when combined with primary antioxidants, provides excellent protection against polymer degradation caused by oxidation.
