DISPERBYK®

DISPERBYK® 102 is a solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne and aqueous polar to medium-polar coating systems. It improves the color acceptance of universal colorants and inorganic pigments in base coatings.

DISPERBYK® 103 is a wetting and dispersing additive specifically designed for solvent-borne matting agent pastes. It functions as both a dispersant and a wetting agent, ensuring smooth and efficient dispersion in solventborne coatings, including wood coatings. This additive is compatible with wood surfaces and enhances the performance of industrial additives like matting agents in coating formulations.

DISPERBYK® 107 is a wetting and dispersing additive designed for solvent-borne architectural coatings and pigment concentrates based on alkyd resins. It is suitable for use with all pigments, offering high color strength, high pigment loading, and improved transparency. This additive helps reduce viscosity and enhances gloss, making it ideal for achieving high-quality finishes in coatings. As both a dispersant and wetting agent, DISPERBYK® 107 improves dispersion efficiency and performance in alkyd-based formulations.

DISPERBYK® 106 is a solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne and solvent-free coating systems.

DISPERBYK® 108 is a solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne coatings, printing inks, and pigment concentrates. It is the solvent-free version of DISPERBYK® 107.

DISPERBYK® 109 is a solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive designed for solvent-borne coatings based on medium-polar to non-polar TPA or alkyd resins. It is highly effective in dispersing inorganic pigments and improving color paste acceptance. This additive is compatible with alkyd resins and enhances the performance of solventborne coatings. As a dispersant and wetting agent, DISPERBYK® 109 facilitates better pigment dispersion and formulation efficiency.

DISPERBYK® 110 is a wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne and solvent-free coatings and printing inks. It stabilizes inorganic pigments, particularly titanium dioxide, and provides a strong reduction in millbase viscosity.

DISPERBYK® 115 is a wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne industrial coatings, architectural coatings, and pigment concentrates. It is designed to stabilize pigments.

DISPERBYK® 111 is a solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive designed for both solvent-borne and solvent-free coatings and printing inks. It effectively stabilizes inorganic pigments, especially titanium dioxide, while significantly reducing millbase viscosity. This additive enhances the gloss and provides good steric stabilization, making it ideal for high solids and solventless coatings, as well as printing inks. DISPERBYK® 111 serves as both a dispersant and a wetting agent, improving the efficiency and performance of pigment dispersion.

DISPERBYK® 116 is an acrylate copolymer with pigment-affinic groups, designed for use in solventborne and solventless coatings, as well as pigment concentrates. It is particularly effective in wood coatings, offering high pigment loading, excellent leveling, and high color strength. This additive enhances transparency and provides a high gloss finish, while reducing viscosity and improving pigment dispersion. DISPERBYK® 116 is suitable for pigment manufacturing processes and functions as both a wetting agent and dispersant, improving the performance and efficiency of coating formulations.

DISPERBYK® 118 is a wetting and dispersing additive designed for solvent-borne systems. It stabilizes a wide range of pigments, including acidic, neutral, and basic titanium dioxides, colorful inorganic pigments, transparent iron oxides, fillers, and effect pigments. This additive is compatible with polyurethanes (PU) and epoxies (EP) and is effective in metal coatings and solventborne inks. DISPERBYK® 118 reduces mill base viscosity, minimizes haze, and enhances dispersion efficiency. It is also compatible with wood surfaces, making it ideal for a variety of coating and ink applications.

DISPERBYK® 140 is a wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne coatings and pigment concentrates. It is particularly suitable for stabilizing pigments in CN and TPA systems.

DISPERBYK® 130 is a wetting and dispersing additive specifically designed to stabilize acidic carbon black pigments. Belonging to the carboxylic acids and derivatives chemical family, it functions effectively as both a wetting agent and dispersant, enhancing the dispersion and stability of pigments in coatings and other formulations.

DISPERBYK® 160 is a high molecular weight block copolymer solution with pigment-affinic groups. It functions as both a dispersant and a wetting agent, providing excellent leveling, reducing viscosity, and enhancing gloss. This product offers high pigment loading and color strength, making it suitable for solventborne coatings and coil coatings. It is compatible with wood substrates and is commonly used in pigment concentrates. Available in pails and drums, DISPERBYK® 160 ensures high transparency and performance in industrial applications.
