Preventol® A 12-TK 48 is a chemical mixture used in water treatment and industrial applications as a biocide. The included compounds—3-Iodo-2-propynyl butylcarbamate, Dipropylene Glycol Methyl Ether, and Propiconazole—serve various roles in preventing microbial growth, fungus, and other biological contaminants. This product is not listed in California Proposition 65 and is also used in home care products like liquid dishwash and polishes. Preventol® D 7 is a liquid form, suitable for water treatment applications in power, water, and utilities sectors. The product is part of the chemical mixtures and blends family and complies with FIFRA, CERCLA, and SARA 313 and 311/312 regulations. It is not listed under California Proposition 65.
